1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website www.silicon.co.in and any of our associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our site and services.

2. Scope of Services

Silicon One operates as an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor and an authorised platform distributing multi-asset wealth solutions including, but not limited to, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, SIF, GIFT City products, and debt instruments.

  • We provide distribution, execution, and information services.
  • We do not provide statutory investment advice or act as SEBI-registered Investment Advisors (RIA) unless explicitly contracted under a separate regulatory framework.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access or view the materials (information, market insights, or portfolio dashboards) on Silicon One's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Under this license, you may not:

  • Modify, copy, or redistribute the materials for commercial purposes.
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer any software or portal integrations hosted on the website.
  • Remove any copyright, AMFI/SEBI registration markings, or proprietary notations from the materials.

4. Disclaimers & Market Risks

The materials on Silicon One's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. While we strive for absolute accuracy, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding market predictions or external data feeds.

  • Mutual Fund Risks: Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks. Please read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.
  • Alternative Risks: Investments in Specialised Investment Funds (SIF), PMS, and AIF products involve relatively higher risk, including potential loss of capital, liquidity risks, and market volatility.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Silicon One, its Proprietor (Dr. Shital Tejas Shah), Silicon Systems, its Proprietor (Tejas Shantilal Shah), Tejas Shah HUF, its Karta (Tejas Shah), or their partner affiliates be liable for any financial losses, damages, or business interruptions arising out of the use, execution delay, or inability to use the clearing portals or materials on our website, even if notified of such possibilities.

6. Third-Party Links & Integrations

Our platform features transactional routing and portfolio tracking integrations with third-party intermediaries (such as Asset Management Companies, RTAs like CAMS/KFintech, and clearing platforms like Sharekhan — Authorised Person (AP), Sharekhan Ltd., AP Code 3522). We do not control and assume no responsibility for the independent server availability or external privacy practices of these third-party platforms.

7. Governing Law

Any claim, dispute, or legal proceeding relating to Silicon One's website or distribution services shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India, under the regulatory purview of SEBI and AMFI. Any legal actions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
